APPLICATION SYSTEM:
Surface Preparation
Old surface Powdery and chalky surface must be scrubbed and cleaned with water
Fungus and mildew growth must be cleaned off before applying microkill. Left to dry for 2-3 days
Apply on cracks with TOA Acrylic Wall Putty
New surface Substrate must be completely cured and dried ( ~ 1 month ) free from oil ,grease ,mildew,from
release agents and foreign matters.or measure moisture which should be less than 14% on surface
with protimeter mini If any crack, it should be repaired on surface before applying
Coating system
Primer For Old Surface : Apply 1-2 coats of TOA Primer
Primer For New Surface : Apply 1-2 coats of TOA Primer
Topcoat : Apply 2 coats of SUPERSHIELD DURACLEAN A PLUS SEMIGLOSS
** Recommend for deep tone , you should apply middle coat that it has tone lighter before requiring color
Recommendation : The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10°C and at least 3°C above the dew point of
the air, temperature and relative humidity measured in the vicinity of the substrate. Good ventilation
is required in confined areas to ensure correct drying.
