Remark - Actual Surface coverage will depend on surface irregularities, Mixing, Application Condition
method and technique; as well as the structure and dimensions of the object to be coated.
Touch dry ( 25-30 °C) 30 minutes.
Recoat dry ( 25-30 °C) 2 hours.
Full cure ( 25-30 °C) 7 days.
APPLICATION
Tools : Roller, Brush, Spray
Diluent : Clean Water
Dilution (%) : 5-10 % ( roller and brush )

APPLICATION SYSTEM:
Surface Preparation
Old surface : Powdery and chalky surface must be scrubbed and cleaned with water.
: Fungus and mildew growth must be cleaned off. Left to dry for 2-3 days.
: For more smooth surface use TOA Acrylic Wall Filler for skim coating.
New surface : Substrate must be completely cured and dried (~1 month) free from oil, grease,mildrew
: from release agent and foreign matters.
: For more smooth surface use TOA Acrylic Wall Filler.
Coating system
Old Surface/Primer : Apply 1-2 coats of TOA Primer
New Surface/Primer : Apply 1-2 coats of TOA Primer
Topcoat : Apply 2-3 coats of SuperShield Semi Gloss
** Recommend for deep tone , you should apply middle coat that it has tone lighter before requiring color
Recommendation : The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10°C and at least 3°C above the dew point of
the air, temperature and relative humidity measured in the vicinity of the substrate. Good ventilation
is required in confined areas to ensure correct drying.
