APPLICATION SYSTEM:
Surface Preparation
New surface Substrate must be completely cured and dried (~1 month) free from oil, grease,mildrew
from release agent and foreign matters
For more smooth surface use TOA Acrylic Wall Putty.
Old surface Powderly and chalky surface must be scrubbed and cleaned with water.
Fungus and mildew growth must be cleaned off. Left to dry for 2-3 days.
For more smooth surface use TOA Acrylic Wall Putty for skim coating.
Coating system
Primer Apply 1-2 coats of TOA Primer
Topcoat Apply 2-3 coats of TOA Emulsion Product.

Recommendation : The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10°C and at least 3°C above the dew point of
the air, temperature and relative humidity measured in the vicinity of the substrate. Good ventilation
is required in confined areas to ensure correct drying.
