Surface Preparation
New surface Substrate must be completely cured and dried (~1 month) free from oil, grease,mildrew
from release agent and foreign matters
For more smooth surface use TOA Acrylic Wall Putty.

Primer Apply 1-2 coats of TOA Primer
Topcoat Apply 2-3 coats of TOA NanoClean Advance

Recommendation : The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10°C and at least 3°C above the dew point of
the air, temperature and relative humidity measured in the vicinity of the substrate. Good ventilation
is required in confined areas to ensure correct drying.

TOA NanoClean Advance contains Silver Ion (silver Ag+) which protect the paint film
from bacteria and no harmful side effect to human.
TOA NanoClean Advance provide super hiding with smooth film.
It is ideal for application to interior concretes,new and old masonry surfaces,plasters,
bricks,asbestos shingles and siding. It is highly recommended for long lasting protection
of building and housing.
